Keto Baked Salmon Recipe

  • 1 pound wild salmon
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh rosemary

Turnip Au Gratin 

  • ½ pound turnips
  • 1¼ cups heavy whipping cream  
  • 5 oz. shredded cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Season salmon with salt, pepper. In a small bowl combine lemon juice, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
  3. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet and pour the butter mixture over the salmon. Top with fresh rosemary.
  4. Peel the onion, garlic and turnip. Slice everything very thinly – ideally with a mandolin or food processor.
  5. Grease an 8-inch baking dish with butter and layer turnips, the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 clove of chopped garlic, and half of the cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add cream and remaining cheese on top. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. With approximately 10 minutes remaining on the au gratin, place prepared salmon in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove salmon from oven and spoon melted butter over the tops. Serve with Au Gratin and enjoy!
