Keto Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Cups

- ¼ head of butter lettuce / 25g
- 1 shredded rotisserie chicken / 94g
- 1 cup mayonnaise / 43g
- 1 stalk of celery/ 40g
- ½ cup bleu cheese / 20g
- ½ cup red onion / 17g
- ½ cup cherry tomato / 40g
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce / 15g
- 1 ripe avocado / 32g
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- Remove chicken and skin from bones and shred.
- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, chopped red onion, chopped celery, buffalo sauce, bleu cheese, and pepper.
- Add chicken to buffalo sauce mixture and spoon into lettuce cups.
