Keto Queso Tacos Recipe
4 servings | Per serving: 655 calories | 55 fat | 33.8 protein | 3.4 carbs
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 ½ tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 cups sharp cheddar
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup water
- ½ avocado
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato
- 1 tablespoon salsa
- Preheat oven to degrees 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and measure out 1/4 cup piles of cheese, leaving 2 inches in-between each pile. Bake for minutes 5-7 minutes or until edges start to brown. Remove from oven and shape into a shell and let cool.
- Drizzle avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until done. Add seasoning and water and continue to simmer on low heat.
- Assemble tacos by topping with shredded lettuce, sour cream, tomato, salsa, and avocado. Serve and enjoy!
